Why We Made This
How do you wear it; your mental health? When you are amidst darkness?
This sweater was created to serve as a reminder to everyone that each individual wears their mental health struggles differently. Each person's journey will be unique.
When our older sister died by suicide, it was a surprise to many due to how she wore her mental health struggles. She wore them mostly with a smile, hiding the fact that she struggled. Sometimes our friends that exude the most joy, can be struggling internally. It is up to us as a society, to foster safe environments so discussions surrounding mental health, mental illness, and suicide can occur.
We hope you wear this sweater to remind yourself and others to check in on your loved ones and friends as you never know how someone is wearing their mental health struggles.

A Length
Place the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the item.
B Width
Place the end of a measuring tape at one side of the chest area and pull the tape across to the other side of the product.
C Sleeve length
Place the end of a measuring tape at the center back of the collar, then pull the tape along the top seam of the sleeve. When you get to the shoulder hold the tape in place at the shoulder and continue to pull down the sleeve until you reach the hem of the sleeve.
