EXCHANGE POLICY

With our pre-order model, beginning May 10, 2021 exchanges will only be offered for items that are deemed defective in some way & need to be replaced.

A request for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. At this time, full refunds are not an option however an exchange request can be emailed to connectwithus@thelifeisworthlivingway.com. Please be sure to include your full name and order number in the email subject line. Please include details and photos in your email regarding the defective product.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for an exchange. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it with the original tags still attached. As mentioned above, exchanges will be offered for defective products ONLY and will NOT be offered for sizing changes. Please ensure you read the sizing chart for each item and order appropriately.
